I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Nurse and offer a range of high quality treatments. Over the years working in this field I have found my own technique, guided by my intuition. I often feel my hands seem to guide me naturally to find the spots on a person's body that most need attention. I use the different techniques as a combination of tools to work with.

I am originally from Freiburg, in the lovely Black Forest area of Germany, where I lived and worked as a nurse until 2013. As I was ready for a change and wanted to fulfill a longheld dream, I moved to Lagos, Portugal in August 2013.
I completed my Classical/Swedish Massage training with Beauty for Professionals, Lagos (a City and Guilds certified training centre). After this training I started to work self employed straight away.
Also, growing up with my mother as an alternative practitioner I learned a lot about nutrition, alternative medicine and Acupressure which supports my work as an holistic Massage Therapist.
I love to give body treatments and massages as I feel it is my gift and my passion. I am so happy that I decided to change my profession to a Massage Therapist and I am also very grateful to have my nursing background for a solid understanding of the human body. I feel very lucky that I get to do something I love every day.

Indian Head Massage
It has its roots in Ayurvedic. The massage includes vigourous move-ments over the top of the back, upper arms, neck, shoulders, scalp and face. This treatment is performed sitting on a chair.

Natural 'face lift' massage
A blend of ayurveda massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage to stimulate tissue repair, remove toxins and improve skin appearance and condition. Includes neck, shoulder and scalp massage and pressure points of the face to alleviate symptoms of neck, head and jaw tension. A natural non-invasive anti-aging treatment.
